Rúibín is located on Ireland's Wild Atlantic way. Situated in the heart of Galway the restaurant and bar overlook the city's historic docklands. Housed in a  beautiful stone building, and sitting by the waters edge the interior is bright, modern and comfortable. Rúibín is owner run by Alice and Richard who have spent numerous years travelling and gaining experience. Their ethos is too focus on local seasonal Irish ingredients. However in the cooking of this produce you will find influence from around the world.

Happened upon brand new wine bar @ruibingalway on the docks in Galway this evening, new venture from @richard_kennan and his partner @alicejary ... lovely plate of oysters with yuzu dressing, very nice menu of small plates/snacks with the dining room proper opening upstairs in a couple of weeks. Definitely one to visit if you are passing through Galway. First met Richard when he was a child as his parents Frank and Rosemary ran the wonderful @roundwood_house ... great to see this new venture.
